The Inside Sales Representative (Equipment Rental Specialist) is an inside‑sales role that supports telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment, serving as the front line of contact to understand needs, negotiate and place orders. • Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track • Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers

What You Bring
The position requires strong administrative skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to deliver customer satisfaction at all times. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with indoor and outdoor work as needed. • Use your inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Base pay ranges from $21.38 to $25.38, varying by location, education, training, and experience.
