About the Role

The Asset Information Manager directs the strategic management, optimization, and lifecycle performance of assets for a major rail station construction project. The role ensures integration with program management systems, compliance with project and client requirements, and alignment with operational and stakeholder objectives. • Manage comprehensive asset strategy aligned with project goals, integrating lifecycle planning, maintenance, and operational efficiency. • Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of physical and digital assets, including infrastructure, systems, and equipment. • Develop plans for asset acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and decommissioning to maximize value and minimize costs over the lifecycle. • Collaborate with designers, contractors, operators, and integrators to align asset management with project and operational needs. • Collect and analyze asset data to monitor performance and support decision‑making. • Identify and mitigate risks related to asset performance, reliability, and obsolescence to ensure minimal disruption. • Define KPIs for asset performance, track metrics, and provide regular reports to project leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure assets comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines specific to rail infrastructure. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for asset procurement, maintenance contracts, and service agreements, ensuring timely delivery and quality. • Facilitate smooth transitions during asset upgrades or installations, communicating effectively with stakeholders to maintain operational continuity. • Leverage digital tools to enhance asset tracking and performance monitoring. • Drive continuous improvements in asset management processes to boost efficiency, reliability, and project outcomes.

Benefits

This role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $116,500–$168,500 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role includes a total rewards package that supports employee well‑being, development, and long‑term growth, subject to company policies and applicable provincial employment standards.
