About the Role

The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will design, test, and sustain electronic printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies and components for chiller applications, performing schematic design and layout using Altium to meet documented hardware requirements, and will work onsite at the New Freedom, PA facility, with relocation assistance available. Key duties include developing and maintaining PCBA for variable speed drive and chiller control boards, designing analog and digital interface circuits and power supply circuitry with MCU and FPGA onboard, conducting circuit analysis, applying reliability principles, and managing both schematic and layout tasks using Altium. • Foster a collaborative team environment and Zero Harm safety policy. • Design and test electronic PCBs for chiller and variable speed drive applications using Altium. • Develop analog/digital interface circuits, power supplies, and integrate MCU/FPGA components. • Conduct circuit analysis and apply reliability principles to PCBA designs. • Maintain schematics and layouts, ensuring signal integrity and testability.

What You Bring

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, at least five years of PCB design and layout experience, proficiency with Altium, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven, team‑oriented environment; familiarity with LabVIEW, test fixture design, signal integrity tools, programmable logic, and power electronics hardware is preferred. • Require B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years PCB design experience. • Prefer experience with LabVIEW, test fixture design, programmable logic, and power electronics hardware.
