About the Role

The Commercial Sales Executive will promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory, acting as the brand steward and driving new business while ensuring customer retention. • Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology to new commercial customers in the assigned territory • Build market share by acquiring new accounts and expanding sales to existing customers • Renew customer agreements and sell add‑ons, amendments, and system conversions • Identify prospects using creative lead‑generation techniques and maintain relationships with existing clients • Develop call plans, follow‑up strategies, and manage time and territory efficiently • Maintain deep product knowledge through training and research • Acquire referrals and collaborate with Centers of Influence • Process work orders, complete paperwork, and conduct post‑installation follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Minimum two years of successful commercial sales experience in security, IT, or technology sales • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, including presenting to senior executives • Full‑time availability with willingness to travel locally • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
