About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance, and provide supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers, operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. • Ensure facility operations comply with company policies and procedures. • Coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to staff. • Supervise assigned location in the manager’s absence. • Maintain clean and safe building environments, upholding established standards. • Operate specialized cleaning equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicals. • Perform general janitorial duties as needed. • Serve as a reliable point of contact for frontline team members.

The position offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, with the final offer based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.
