Assist manufacturing projects, apply lean tools, and improve processes.

About the Role
• Support manufacturing project management activities. • Learn and recommend new manufacturing process solutions. • Assist with production area or equipment moves. • Identify and resolve product quality issues. • Contribute to production layout design using lean tools to eliminate waste. • Analyze data to guide project decisions and implement improvements. • Work with operators, team leaders, and planners to optimize material flow and line balancing. • Provide cycle‑time measurements to refine routings and labor standards. • Promote lean culture by executing Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping, 5S, SMED, Kanban, TPM, and standard work. • Develop standardized work procedures and conduct process reviews using lean techniques.

What You Bring
• Pursuing a B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology, graduating Dec 2027–May 2028 (junior/senior preferred). • Completed at least one semester of SolidWorks and AutoCAD. • Prior work or internship experience and U.S. work authorization. • Strong project‑management, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software; ability to analyze data and present findings. • Willingness to relocate to Anoka, MN (relocation assistance may be provided).
