About the Role
The Transaction Management Director will support one or more of Cushman & Wakefield’s most dynamic client accounts, partnering closely with peers and the account team to advance the client’s strategic real‑estate vision. In people and account management, the Director assists with all aspects of client relationship management and reporting, partners with the client’s corporate real‑estate team and business‑unit leaders to craft transactional strategies, leads client presentations and business reviews, and coaches direct reports to maintain a highly engaged team. Transaction management responsibilities include implementing portfolio plans that align with client goals, initiating new transactions, dispositions and renewals, and directing C&W and third‑party brokers throughout the process. The Director negotiates complex, large‑scale deals, oversees legal review of lease documents, performs market and financial analysis, collaborates with project managers and consultants, and tracks process reporting and revenue projections. Strategic planning duties involve developing comprehensive real‑estate strategies, identifying pull‑forward and occupancy cost‑saving opportunities, creating expansion or contraction plans, and supporting business‑case development with data and financial analyses. The Director also coordinates client reporting, standardizes templates, ensures data completeness, and delivers post‑mortem surveys for continuous improvement. • Develop and execute transactional strategies aligned with client real‑estate objectives. • Lead client presentations, business reviews, and coach direct reports for high engagement. • Initiate, negotiate, and oversee large‑scale transactions, managing brokers and third‑party resources. • Conduct market and financial analyses, ensure legal compliance of lease documents, and produce post‑mortem reports. • Identify cost‑saving and occupancy strategies, create expansion/contraction plans, and support business‑case development. • Standardize client reporting templates, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical support to field agents.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings more than ten years of corporate services experience, a valid real‑estate license, and a proven track record in high‑level transaction and contract management. Advanced skills in financial modeling, MS Office, and project coordination are required, along with strong leadership, negotiation, legal documentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
