About the Role

The employee will sign off on all relevant checklists, including crane, PIV, TPM, and machine guarding. They will obtain the OPS, locate and select the pallet assembly number, and view the recipe for specifications. The work includes positioning the laser for board placement, cutting runner and deck boards to size, and securing the boards with a nail gun. Next, the employee will drill holes for the regulator, install carriage bolts, and secure the unit to the pallet. The pallet is then transported to the final inspection lane or paint area, where it is pushed down the chute and paint stencils are applied if needed. The control box is assembled and connected, dielectric grease applied, and cables secured, followed by the installation of the UI bulkhead, silicon, name plates, and decals. The employee will inspect and touch up paint, apply grease to caps, remove tape from components, and assemble the ground strap, series arrestors, connectors, and bird guards. A leak test is initiated before moving the pallet to the next station, and hoses and connections are checked. Paint preparation includes premixing paint, setting tank and fluid pressure, and thoroughly cleaning the system before pot life expires, followed by washing, rinsing, drying, verifying color, and painting the unit. • Sign off on crane, PIV, TPM, and machine guarding checklists. • Follow pallet assembly procedures: select pallet, view recipe, position laser, cut and secure boards. • Drill regulator holes, install carriage bolts, and secure unit to pallet. • Transport pallet to inspection or paint area, apply paint stencils, and push down chute. • Assemble and connect control box, apply dielectric grease, and install UI bulkhead, name plates, and decals. • Inspect, touch up paint, apply grease to caps, and remove tape. • Assemble ground strap, series arrestors, connectors, and bird guards; perform leak test. • Premix paint, set tank pressure, clean system before pot life expires, and verify final paint color. • Comply with equal employment opportunity and fair‑chance hiring policies.
