About the Role
Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with dispatch, team members, and guests; preparing rooms to standards; reporting any damage, deficits, or disturbances; handling reasonable complaints with professionalism; maintaining housekeeping equipment and tools; and managing inventory of supplies. What You Bring
We are looking for Housekeepers who will help bring vacation dreams to life by performing daily cleaning duties on an assigned slate of rooms. If you enjoy making people feel welcome and being part of an outstanding team environment, this role is for you. Housekeepers must be adaptable to a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with shift times ranging from 8:30 am‑5:00 pm or 9:00 am‑5:30 pm. Schedules are provided upon hire and paid training is offered. We are seeking candidates with prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, the ability to work with little supervision, and strong customer service skills. Organizational and time‑management abilities are also essential. • Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper required. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong customer service, organizational, and time‑management skills. • Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays (8:30 am‑5:00 pm or 9:00 am‑5:30 pm).
