About the Role
The Senior Property Officer performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team, ensuring a high level of professionalism in property issues and providing timely responses to tenant requests and concerns. The role involves managing term contractors—including building, pest control, cleaning, plumbing, sanitary, and carpark services—to maintain common areas, handling feedback and complaints from building users, and liaising with contractors to address building defects, ensuring repairs are completed and the client is satisfied. Supervision of daily contractor operations and readiness of vacant units for prospective tenant viewings are also key responsibilities. The officer prepares monthly reports for clients, follows up and closes all fault cases promptly in the FEMS system, checks and verifies monthly service reports from contractors before submission, and sources quotations while preparing cost estimates. Ensuring that all M&E systems remain operational, reporting any abnormalities, reviewing contractor proposals for faults or defects, and arranging meetings with clients, contractors, and tenants for system shutdown planning and site surveys are essential duties. What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field, possess at least three years of relevant facilities management experience—preferably in commercial properties—and be willing to work in the west part of Singapore under a 5.5‑day work week. • Hold a Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field. • Have at least 3 years of facilities management experience, preferably in commercial properties.
