About the Role

As part of WSP’s nationwide fleet operations, you’ll ensure our people move safely and efficiently to project sites across the country. Your leadership will directly support teams delivering community‑shaping work in transportation, environment, infrastructure, energy, and more. You will oversee the full lifecycle performance of WSP’s owned, leased, and rental vehicles across Eastern Canada and coordinate all fleet delivery activities, ensuring vehicles are upfitted, inspected, and maintained for seamless operations. Data‑driven maintenance strategies will be implemented to improve uptime and reduce total cost of ownership, while you direct, schedule, and monitor repair and preventive maintenance in line with safety and compliance standards. Vehicles will undergo periodic inspections to meet provincial and territorial regulatory requirements, and you will partner with corporate insurance teams to manage claims and incident reporting. Fleet costs and asset utilization will be tracked, ensuring accurate documentation and updates within Holman. Strong relationships will be maintained with fleet coordinators, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels. Telematics insights will be monitored to identify trends, driver safety improvements, and operational efficiencies. You will support policy enforcement, regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and contribute to national initiatives such as the Driving Task Force and the rollout of Asset Infinity for fleet vehicles.

What You Bring

Fluency in both French and English is required to collaborate across Ontario and Atlantic provinces. You bring 5+ years of hands‑on fleet management experience in multi‑region operations, strong organizational systems for accurate tracking, compliance, and asset governance, and a tech‑savvy approach to MS Office, telematics platforms, and asset systems. Understanding of provincial/territorial safety and regulatory requirements for commercial and light‑duty fleets, a valid driver’s license, and an unwavering commitment to safety are essential.
