Job Highlights
About the Role
The position works closely with business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors to translate business needs into data‑driven dashboards and reports. Collaboration with BI and data engineers ensures solutions align with strategic goals, while documentation, testing, and change‑management activities support successful adoption. • Analyze business requirements and processes, creating user stories, wireframes, and specifications for BI solutions. • Design and develop PowerBI dashboards and reports that reflect data‑driven insights. • Partner with BI and data engineers to align solutions with business goals and integrate with Snowflake, Power BI Dataflows, and other platforms. • Validate and test dashboards and analytics models to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience. • Produce and maintain functional design documentation, process flow charts, and specifications. • Define success metrics, adoption plans, and communication strategies for new analytics tools. • Provide training, onboarding, and change‑management support to drive user adoption. • Monitor dashboard performance, gather feedback, and continuously refine solutions. • Participate in weekly project updates, backlog reviews, and agile project management activities.
