About the Role
As a Sr. CATIA Designer on the Outdoor Group, you will create and refine 2D drawings and 3D models for medium‑format mower and snow product platforms. You will translate engineering concepts into detailed CAD geometry, maintain accurate PLM data, and ensure compliance with GD&T and best‑practice standards. • Design and modify 2D drawings and 3D part models using CATIA for new product development. • Create and maintain complex 3D assembly layouts and associated bill of materials. • Manage part revision status and documentation within the PLM system (Teamcenter/Windchill). • Apply GD&T standards and enforce CAD best practices across all deliverables. • Document and share CAD standards to ensure consistency throughout the department. • Support engineering teams during prototype builds to assess design impact. • Mentor junior designers and engineers in effective CATIA usage. • Collaborate with engineers, industrial designers, and manufacturing personnel, communicating clearly both verbally and in writing. • Model components for various manufacturing methods, including injection molding, stamped steel, and weldments.

What You Bring
The position is based in Valley City, OH with a hybrid schedule requiring three on‑site days per week. Candidates must live within commuting distance and will join a team of nearly 48,000 professionals worldwide. • Leverage at least 5 years of CATIA experience and a vocational‑technical degree or equivalent. • Demonstrate proficiency with PLM tools and a basic understanding of outdoor power equipment and electronics.
