About the Role
The role ensures that project governance procedures—including risk, cost, and change control—are adhered to, and works across the business to drive successful outcomes. It also provides strong health, safety, and wellbeing leadership, offering expert advice and assurance to senior leaders and aligning safety initiatives with business strategy. • Manage projects from concept through handover. • Develop and maintain project management plans. • Drive design, surveys, and works information. • Administer NEC3/4 contracts effectively. • Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. • Prepare specifications, tenders, and risk registers. • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards. • Manage contractors and stakeholder engagement. • Assist in traffic management planning and coordination across delivery vehicles. • Ensure compliance with published traffic management procedures and stakeholder requirements. • Support interface management for operational and construction activities.

What You Bring
