About the Role
The role is a temporary, on‑call cleaner for C&W Services, reporting to the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and performing custodial duties in accordance with company standards. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other interior surfaces using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs, spot‑clean daily and shampoo when directed; perform high‑dusting and periodic leather, wood, and wall polishing. • Dust and clean furniture, display cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, windowsills, interior glass, and entrance doors. • Clean and restock bathrooms, including wiping glass, emptying waste, servicing dispensers, cleaning tiles, and reporting defects. • Collect and dispose of building trash, replace liners, and manage waste containers according to specifications. • Sweep or shovel snow from steps, walkways, and connecting sidewalks as directed. • Follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as part of a team. • Operate portable backpack vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment with attention to detail and high energy. • Request ADA accommodation by calling 1‑888‑365‑5406 or emailing [email protected].

Benefits
The position offers an hourly rate between $19.13 and $22.50, with compensation adjusted for factors such as geographic location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements, and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, retirement, and various insurance options. • Eligible for health, vision, dental, flexible spending, HSA, retirement, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. • Competitive hourly wage $19.13‑$22.50, guaranteed at least minimum wage, with pay varying by location, experience, and collective bargaining status.
