About the Role
The role provides advanced emergency medical care to Contractor personnel, COM personnel, and others as directed, including invasive and pharmacological interventions within the Contractor’s Scope of Practice and National EMS guidelines. It also includes day‑to‑day personal protective security functions such as driving the lead or response vehicle, maintaining protective formation during the principal’s movements, conducting advance security preparations, and staffing security posts at residences, command posts, or other static locations. • Provide advanced emergency medical care, including invasive and pharmacological interventions, to contractor and COM personnel. • Perform personal protective security duties, drive lead or response vehicles, and maintain protective formation during principal movements. • Conduct advance security preparations and staff security posts at residences, command posts, or other static locations. • Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance and be able to travel to hazardous overseas locations. • Attend and successfully complete the PSS training course prior to contract start.

What You Bring
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active National Registry Paramedic certification, current CPR/BLS/ACLS/Advanced Trauma credentials, and a recent Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course completion. A minimum of three years of pre‑hospital EMS experience at the AEMT or paramedic level is required, along with successful completion of the pre‑employment Physical Readiness Test and ongoing fitness at the 65% performance level. Applicants must also obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance, qualify with designated weapons (Glock‑19, M4/MK18, M240, M249), and be able to travel to hazardous overseas locations. • Hold active National Registry Paramedic certification and current CPR/BLS/ACLS/Advanced Trauma credentials. • Complete a 63‑hour Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course within 90 days of deployment. • possess at least three years of pre‑hospital EMS experience at the AEMT or paramedic level. • Pass the pre‑employment Physical Readiness Test and maintain fitness at a 65% performance level. • Qualify with Glock‑19, M4 or MK18, M240, and M249 and maintain required weapons re‑qualification.
