About the Role

What You Bring

Successful candidates must have strong verbal communication skills, prior managerial experience, a willingness to be coached, an energetic and persuasive personality, and a love for outdoor work. They must also pass a background check, a four-panel drug screen, and possess a valid driver’s license. • Work independently and collaboratively as a self-starter. • Communicate confidently face-to-face with homeowners. • Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills. • Hold managerial experience and be open to coaching. • Enjoy outdoor work; position is primarily outdoors. • Pass background check, four-panel drug screen, and hold a valid driver’s license.
