About the Role

What You Bring

CHI Overhead Doors seeks an AIA Program Manager to lead the AIA Lunch & Learn program and act as the primary liaison to architects, designers, and the building community. This hybrid role requires strong presentation skills, independent logistics management, and the ability to promote CHI’s sectional and rolling steel door solutions in both commercial and residential markets. The role involves approximately 50 % nationwide travel and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining Nucor’s core values of integrity, work ethic, personal responsibility, and a strong safety focus. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Familiarity with CHI Overhead Doors products and sales processes preferred. • Experience delivering continuing education or CEU programs. • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Ability to travel up to 50% nationally and work in a remote/hybrid setting.
