About the Role

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all assigned areas, including common spaces, offices, restrooms, and facilities. This position ensures all areas are properly cleaned, stocked, and maintained according to company and safety standards. • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and high‑touch surfaces. • Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. • Maintain floors by stripping, waxing, and buffing as required. • Wash windows, glass doors, and mirrors regularly. • Report maintenance or safety issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures, or damaged equipment) promptly. • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely and properly. • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures. • Assist with event setup and breakdown, furniture moving, or light maintenance as needed. • Comply with all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
