About the Role
Environmental Caretakers will mainly carry out deep‑cleaning operations and occasional bulk collections. Working as part of a team, they will share driving responsibilities for a 3.5‑ton bulk truck or a panel van with trailer, learning daily schedules and routes. Full training and mentoring are provided. • Perform deep‑cleaning tasks and occasional bulk waste collections across Morden, Wimbledon, Mitcham, Raynce Park, and Tooting. • Share driving duties of a 3.5‑ton bulk truck or panel van with trailer, following scheduled routes. • Maintain work schedules, record‑keeping, and monitor estate activity using a range of cleaning tools. • Deliver high‑quality customer service and communicate effectively with the public, staff, and community representatives.
