About the Role
• Build client relationships via consultative sales to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor. • Prospect new clients using CoStar data to generate sales and close business. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar colleagues to increase sales revenue. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends. • Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, market insights, and solutions. • Conduct regular in‑person meetings, traveling as needed to meet clients.

What You Bring
This position is based on‑site at CoStar’s Detroit office and requires a valid driver’s license, as the role involves regular in‑person meetings and travel within and beyond the local driving radius. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university. • 4+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales/account management experience in CRE, digital advertising, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, or data analytics. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer‑experience focused environment. • Current, valid driver’s license and successful driving record check. • Experience building senior‑level relationships and partnerships. • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and make strategic recommendations. • Self‑starter capable of working independently and within a team.
