About the Role
The Leasing Manager role oversees leasing and marketing activities, partners with the Community Manager to set leasing goals, and leads the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets while maintaining positive resident relations. The position requires daily onsite presence, effective staff coaching, and execution of resident retention programs and marketing campaigns. • Lead and supervise the leasing team to meet occupancy goals and ensure accurate lease documentation. • Conduct daily onsite inspections, handle resident complaints, and implement retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, manage budgets, create campaigns, and monitor market conditions to drive traffic. • Organize and oversee leasing and renewal events, maintaining up‑to‑date market survey reports. • Assist the Community Manager in recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating on‑site staff per company standards. • Ensure staff compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, OSHA requirements, and provide ongoing performance guidance. • Manage customer service requests, coordinate maintenance responsiveness, and oversee property appearance and repairs. • Plan and control property resources, obtain vendor bids, and manage supplies economically. • Meet physical demands such as standing, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, working overtime, weekends, and in varying temperature and weather conditions.

Compensation includes an hourly salary of $23‑$25, a comprehensive total rewards package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses), paid sick days and company holidays.
