Transport Executive
Manage end-to-end transport services, logistics and reporting for client sites
Job Highlights
About the Role
You will oversee end‑to‑end transport coverage, verify staff boarding and pickup times, and maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging and query handling. Additional duties include monitoring speeding incidents, completing log books at client sites, managing travel, accommodation and client visits, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and vendor supervisors. The position also requires preparing work orders with unique reference numbers, maintaining essential transport‑related contact information, and producing daily, weekly and monthly transport performance reports. • Ensure end‑to‑end transport coverage, confirming vehicle departure times and logging kilometer readings. • Verify staff boarding and pickup times, ensuring only rostered personnel are picked up. • Maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging, query handling, and incident reporting. • Monitor and report speeding incidents and communicate with the helpdesk via radio as needed. • Complete log books on arrival at client sites, excluding excess mileage. • Manage travel, accommodation, leadership visits, and client interactions. • Coordinate between internal teams and vendor supervisors, maintaining key transport contact numbers. • Prepare work orders and assign unique reference numbers for each transport request. • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly transport performance reports.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline, possess three to five years of transport management experience in the IT/ITES sector, and demonstrate a strong drive for excellence, teamwork, and the ability to develop and monitor improvement programs. • Demonstrate strong drive for excellence and experience with moving sync. • Graduate of any discipline with 3–5 years’ transport management experience in IT/ITES. • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Experience developing and monitoring improvement programs. • Strong analytical skills for reporting and process optimization.
