About the Role

• Represent Rogers Group to local job seekers and generate a pipeline of qualified candidates. • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, vocational schools, colleges, and recruiting resources. • Participate in local and regional job fairs. • Manage area social media outreach and presence. • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs. • Screen candidates, send pre‑qualified referrals, and schedule interviews. • Coordinate interview logistics, including travel arrangements. • Research local wage rates to ensure competitiveness. • Serve as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud power user, supporting managers, applicants, and maintaining applicant logs. • Administer referral and sign‑on bonus programs. • Enforce recruiting policies and procedures set by the Corporate Recruiting Coordinator. • Act as primary contact for summer interns and collaborate with management on the program.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least three years of related human‑resources experience. Desired qualifications include administrative and technical training, familiarity with personnel practices, employment law, project‑management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
