About the Role
The Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and helps coordinate all aspects of daily operations. Key duties include troubleshooting safety, service, and operational issues; maintaining and distributing daily department information; acting as the KRONOS proxy for driver and helper time updates; and using Microsoft Suite and other tools for procurement, time and attendance, safety incident tracking, contract‑labor management, payment processing, and operational project implementation. The specialist also communicates with customers about service issues and with employees about scheduling and work assignments. • Work Monday‑Friday 3 pm‑11 pm and every third Saturday 7 am‑12 pm. • Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to Collections managers. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Maintain daily department information and act as KRONOS proxy for driver timekeeping. • Use Microsoft Suite and related software for procurement, time/attendance, safety incident tracking, and contract‑labor management. • Assist with payment processing and implementation of operational projects. • Communicate with customers about service issues and with employees regarding scheduling and assignments.
