About the Role
Operators are expected to run auxiliary and semi‑automatic equipment, assist higher‑level operators, and use measuring tools to verify specifications. They also help train lower‑level staff, operate material‑handling machines, keep shop‑floor management systems current, and troubleshoot equipment while maintaining output across multiple machines. The role includes monitoring workstations for low supplies, retrieving materials from stocked locations, transporting them to the line, and notifying supervisors or material handlers when inventory reaches reorder levels. Operators test and inspect finished products against quality specifications, report deviations, execute non‑conforming product procedures, isolate or rework items that fail, and accurately record data in the quality control system. • Operate and control auxiliary and semi‑automatic production equipment. • Assist higher‑level operators and train lower‑level operators. • Use measuring equipment to verify quality specifications. • Update shop‑floor management system and CIP boards as needed. • Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment and run multiple machines while maintaining output. • Visually monitor workstations for low supplies and pull materials from designated stock areas. • Transport materials to and from workstations using appropriate handling equipment. • Notify supervisor or material handler when supplies reach reorder levels. • Test and inspect produced products to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Report out‑of‑spec products to supervision or quality personnel. • Execute non‑conforming product procedures, isolate or rework defective items. • Input accurate data into the quality control system. • Participate in 6S activities, workshops, meetings, and cross‑functional training. • Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the highest quality standards.

What You Bring
• Wear required PPE and be flexible to work different shifts as needed. • Demonstrate basic reading, writing, arithmetic, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks. • Communicate effectively and interpret work orders, instructions, blueprints, or drawings. • Hold a high school diploma/equivalent or 6‑12 months related experience (equivalent combos accepted).
