About the Role

The Maintenance Division Supervisor is responsible for directing, assigning, and coordinating maintenance activities to meet divisional, corporate, and regulatory goals. The role works closely with schedulers, planners, and the Emergency Plan team to ensure safe and efficient execution of work. • Supervise and coordinate Maintenance Division activities, ensuring compliance with CEC procedures, NRC regulations, and corporate policies. • Oversee craft personnel to perform maintenance tasks safely and effectively, verifying proper training, qualifications, and emergency‑plan readiness. • Provide coaching, mentoring, performance management, and initiate disciplinary actions for assigned employees. • Communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to the Maintenance Manager and senior leadership, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as INPO and regulatory agencies. • Coordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outage activities to ensure work is properly assigned and ready. • Administer maintenance processes including training programs, surveillance, procedure revisions, and the Corrective Action Program, identifying improvement opportunities. • Supervise vendor inspections and repairs of CEC equipment, and manage procurement and use of materials, parts, tools, and equipment. • Participate in Maintenance Department management, supporting safe operations, business goals, emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support.

What You Bring

Candidates must meet minimum education and experience requirements and satisfy access and medical criteria for the position. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with electronic work‑management systems, Microsoft Office, and at least three years of nuclear power plant operations experience. • Minimum qualification: High school diploma/GED with six years of related experience; or Associate’s degree with four years; or Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience. • Must meet required unescorted or escorted access standards and pass a favorable medical examination or testing as required. • Preferred: Proficient with electronic work‑management system, Microsoft Word, and Excel. • Preferred: Minimum three years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
