About the Role
The project portfolio consists of initiatives managed by the Client team or overseen by third‑party developers under the Client’s supervision, covering fit‑out works, new construction and master‑planning activities. • Prioritise safety, ensuring wellbeing, compliance and sustainable delivery. • Deliver client‑focused outcomes through strategic direction, service excellence and industry engagement. • Uphold integrity and shape long‑term strategy, accountability for people, planet and performance. • Mentor and develop teams, fostering innovation, talent growth and opportunity to excel. • Lead PMO and Project Controls, designing frameworks and managing delivery across commissions. • Act as trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and providing subject‑matter expertise. • Drive governance, reporting, baselines, risk analysis and compliance to achieve objectives. • Support resourcing, champion innovation and the net‑zero transition. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse and inclusive environment and ensure everyone goes home safe and well. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and inspire people to develop and excel.
