About the Role

What You Bring

The company is seeking experienced Asphalt Roller Operators for its Huntsville, Alabama and North Alabama operations, reporting to the Paving Superintendent. The role offers a starting wage of $24 per hour (higher with relevant experience), full‑time permanent status, day shifts with occasional weekend or night shift work, and overtime opportunities. Candidates must have at least one to two years of asphalt roller experience, a strong safety focus, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and nights, teamwork skills, and willingness to perform general labor tasks are also required. • Navigate challenging terrain while maintaining high competency and proficiency • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors • Minimum 1–2 years asphalt roller operator experience • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, heat, humidity, dust, and asphalt exposure • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts • Team player mindset and willingness to perform general labor duties • Ability to follow supervisor directions and company policies
