About the Role
The Sales Analyst role at Kimberly‑Clark supports Amazon and Walmart customers, helping achieve sales, category share and digital‑shelf goals while collaborating across functions. This position contributes to customer team objectives by analyzing business plans and providing data‑driven recommendations to influence results. The analyst works with business teams to analyze plans, report results, identify gaps and recommend actions, ensuring compliance with trade promotion, advertising & promotion (A&P) and pricing guidelines, and supporting joint business planning initiatives. • Achieve net sales, contribution, category share, and digital‑shelf targets for assigned customers. • Ensure compliance with trade promotion, A&P and pricing guidelines. • Develop and execute joint business plans in partnership with customers. • Build actionable customer business plans aligned with category and BU priorities. • Collaborate with category management, finance, supply chain, marketing and consumer insights to drive growth. • Support channel managers and e‑commerce leaders in annual planning, presentations and negotiations. • Partner with digital marketing to design and implement retail media activation plans. • Monitor performance against objectives, create gap‑closure plans and conduct post‑event ROI analysis. • Maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

What You Bring
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; travel as needed. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 2+ years experience in digital‑shelf, sales data analysis, forecasting or supply chain. • Strong analytical, data extraction, trend analysis and insight development abilities. • Excellent oral and written communication and business intuition. • Proven track record of recommendations that exceed results. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Knowledge of forecasting, supply‑demand processes and CPG/B2B environments. • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
