About the Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members, creating designs, specifications, system narratives, and layouts under senior supervision. You will establish design standards, coordinate interdisciplinary efforts, supervise construction administration tasks, and contribute to technical leadership and staff mentoring. • Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Create basic designs, specifications, system narratives, and layouts under supervision. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Supervise preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions. • Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and consultants. • Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Supervise construction administration duties (field reports, RFI responses, bulletins, addenda). • Conduct periodic employee evaluations. • Participate in the Business Unit Technical Leadership Committee. • Assist the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring.

What You Bring

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and 7–15 years of consulting MEP experience, preferably with healthcare design. Candidates should be proficient in CAD/REVIT, possess project management skills, and be comfortable handling projects from concept through renovation and new construction. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. • 7–15 years of consulting firm experience in MEP engineering (senior level). • Healthcare design experience (inpatient and outpatient) preferred. • Experience from concept design through studies, renovations, and new construction. • Project management skills, including leading internal design teams. • Hands‑on design and CAD/REVIT proficiency. • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
