About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor at Allora Kinder Ranch ensures that apartments are move‑in ready and that resident service requests are addressed quickly and professionally. This role supports Cush‑Wakefield’s commitment to high resident satisfaction by delivering quality repairs, routine upkeep, and personal attention. The supervisor also upholds safety standards and compliance with housing regulations. • Prepare market‑ready apartments (paint, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping). • Complete resident service requests promptly. • Perform plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, caulking, snow removal, and life‑safety tasks. • Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks in a clean, safe condition. • Execute on‑call emergency procedures as needed. • Report budget‑impacting maintenance issues (life safety, vacant repairs, property damage) to management. • Schedule, perform, and document preventative maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, and company policies. • Attend required training programs from Cushman & Wakefield and local jurisdictions. • Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally. • Work any shift Sunday‑Saturday to meet business needs. • Safely use cleaning agents and equipment; apply basic math and graph interpretation.

What You Bring

The position operates in a professional office setting while also requiring frequent travel between properties and outdoor work in varied weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 100 lb, with an expectation to be on‑call for emergencies. Shifts may cover any day of the week, and the supervisor must hold a valid driver’s license. • Maintain a valid driver’s license; hold CPO if required and EPA 608 Type II certification. • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or trade/technical education. • Have 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
