About the Role

Join our team as a Make Ready Tech – From repair to ready, done right. The Make‑Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market‑ready condition, handling a variety of non‑technical tasks to ensure each unit meets standards before leasing. • Apply caulk, repair drywall, and perform touch‑up painting in vacant units. • Test all locks and key sets and assist with property inspections. • Maintain exterior lighting and conduct ground equipment repairs and preventative maintenance. • Keep grounds and common areas clean, including trash removal, sidewalk sweeping, and snow removal. • Support maintenance technicians, porters, and housekeepers as needed. • Perform pool maintenance and be on call for snow, ice, or other site emergencies.

What You Bring

• Hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; reside within a 30‑minute commute to the properties. • Possess HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred). • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
