About the Role
The Driver/Operator role safely operates a heavy‑duty commercial truck on swing routes, navigating residential, commercial, and construction sites while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards. • Operate heavy‑duty truck on swing routes safely and in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and local regulations. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR forms and report any issues promptly. • Notify route managers or dispatch of unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage. • Communicate customer requests and issues to dispatch or route managers and assist other drivers as directed. • Dump containers, clean the site, and position containers correctly to avoid blocking driveways or traffic. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal and finalize route documentation at day’s end. • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings to maintain safety and operational standards. • Collaborate with route managers to improve route efficiency and identify problem or unsafe accounts.

What You Bring
The position requires at least two years of experience driving a CDL‑class B vehicle or equivalent recent military experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to meet various physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and crouching. Candidates must be at least 18, legally eligible to work, and capable of obtaining a REAL ID if needed. • Required: Minimum 2 years of CDL‑class B driving experience or recent military driving experience, high school diploma or GED, age 18+, legal work eligibility. • Preferred: High school diploma or GED. • Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, and hearing.
