About the Role

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, supporting senior leaders with timely, accurate outputs. • Oversee budgets, risks, scope, and change control to ensure compliant outcomes. • Coordinate design, consultant, and stakeholder teams to achieve programme milestones. • Maintain robust quality, safety, and governance standards aligned with Mace values. • Provide technical leadership, reporting, and stakeholder communication for effective collaboration. • Manage contractors through RIBA Stage 5 design to deliver coordinated designs while keeping schedules and budgets.

The position is based on the client’s site in Weybridge, Surrey (minimum three days per week) and our Moorgate London offices, and requires the successful candidate to obtain both BPSS and SC clearance. • Hold professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent with life‑science/cleanroom experience. • Demonstrate capability managing design, delivery, licensing, and validation requirements. • Exhibit strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills. • Bring extensive public‑sector project and programme delivery experience.
