About the Role
Key responsibilities include proactive management of the asset, execution of the client’s investment strategy, and maintaining top‑tier performance through strong tenant relationships and rigorous portfolio metric analysis. The role also requires collaboration across JLL business lines to provide energy, sustainability, workplace and technology services, as well as managing costs through efficient resourcing, leave and debtor management, and mitigating PLI risk. • Proactively manage the A‑grade Parramatta CBD asset and implement client investment strategies. • Maintain strong tenant relationships and monitor portfolio metrics to ensure high performance. • Collaborate with JLL business lines to deliver energy, sustainability, workplace, and technology services. • Control business costs through resourcing efficiencies, leave management, debtor management and PLI risk mitigation. • Lead, develop and motivate high‑performing teams, setting stretch targets and tracking performance. • Communicate strategy, plans and performance clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. • Respond promptly and reliably to client and peer requests, upholding a "as promised" commitment. • Drive JLL’s market position as a leader in commercial property and asset management.
