About the Role

Key duties include providing consistent touchpoints with frontline staff, reviewing best practices, and partnering with drivers and technicians to develop job‑related skills while completing the OMT curriculum. Trainees also practice coaching conversations, seek feedback, and collaborate with various frontline managers to learn daily business operations. What You Bring

The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program prepares individuals to become front‑line Operations Managers. Most of the day is spent in the field interacting with employees, learning to increase profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. Candidates must be willing to relocate within a designated geographic area after training. Applicants must have either an accredited bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma/GED with at least two years of relevant work experience. Additional requirements include being at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the country, and possessing a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record throughout employment. The role operates in a hybrid office and plant/field environment, requiring standard office equipment and occasional field work.
