Senior Manager- Market Cash Leader

About the Role

The Senior Market Cash Specialist role within the BSNA field finance team will lead process‑improvement initiatives that boost Trade Working Capital and Free Cash Flow performance. Reporting to the Sr. Market Cash Leader, the specialist collaborates with local management and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive results in Days Sales Outstanding, Days Payable Outstanding, and inventory management. Key duties include maintaining a robust TWC process, resolving disputes and aged accounts receivable, and preparing detailed cash‑flow reports. The specialist will define performance indicators, recommend actionable improvements, and spearhead order‑to‑cash enhancements through technology and automation while ensuring regulatory compliance. • Lead initiatives to improve Trade Working Capital and Free Cash Flow. • Maintain and optimize the TWC process to meet DSO, DPO, and inventory targets. • Resolve disputes and aged AR issues, delivering comprehensive cash‑flow reports. • Define cash‑flow performance metrics and provide actionable improvement recommendations. • Enhance order‑to‑cash processes through technology integration and automation. • Develop and enforce policies ensuring regulatory and legal compliance. • Facilitate regular AR portfolio meetings to drive collection actions. • Collaborate with accounting, billing, and cash‑application teams for accuracy and efficiency. • Identify and remove barriers to cash collections, fostering continuous improvement. • Apply strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive insights.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have at least three years of experience in finance or accounting, especially in cash management and process improvement. Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with high integrity, professionalism, and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. • Possess 3+ years of finance/accounting experience with a focus on cash management. • Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills across senior and cross‑functional teams. • Travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time as needed.
