About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to achieve goals within prescribed timelines and budgets, either personally or through Superintendents and Project Coordinators. • Review project proposals, plans, and specifications to determine schedule, funding limits, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation • Establish work plans, schedules, and staffing for each project phase; recruit or assign personnel as needed • Read and interpret drawings and specifications • Build and maintain a network of business associates, subcontractors, and vendors • Confer with team leaders or staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and define authority • Coordinate activities with project staff to ensure progress within budget and provide technical advice to resolve problems • Negotiate with owners and subcontractors to maintain efficient project execution • Manage project billings and collaborate with Finance for smooth financial processes • Prepare project reports for management and clients; review status reports and adjust schedules or plans as required • Coordinate project activities with governmental regulatory agencies • Work with Project Superintendents, Project Assistants, clients, and subcontractors • Supervise Project Assistants, including planning, assigning work, providing feedback, and evaluating performance • Assist in proposal writing and review of proposals, drawings, and plans for feasibility and resource allocation • Mentor and develop internal talent • Establish and maintain relationships with owners and project partners • Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and client relations leadership • Support the Safety Department in enforcing corporate safety and health policies • Navigate building floors and attend occasional off‑site meetings

What You Bring
The role requires clear written and verbal communication, the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, use of a computer in an office setting, navigation between building floors and occasional off‑site meetings, and the capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted. A valid driver’s license, a satisfactory motor vehicle record, and willingness to travel 25–75 % of the time are required.
