About the Role

The incumbent will manage the adoption and scaling of artificial intelligence across Turner Finance, partnering with Business Centers, HQ Finance, Shared Services, and the Innovation team. They will embed AI into finance processes, support change management, develop tools and training, and promote best practices that improve decision‑making and operational efficiency. • Champion AI culture in Finance, increasing visibility and encouraging experimentation. • Execute the Finance AI roadmap, tracking milestones and communications. • Energize a national network of Finance Transformers with regular touchpoints and knowledge sharing. • Roll out standardized AI‑enabled financial processes with guidance and consistent execution. • Plan and deliver AI initiatives such as workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions. • Share recurring updates on AI implementation wins and best practices to sustain momentum. • Create and distribute prompt libraries, workflow tools, training materials, and implementation guides. • Design AI solutions with a “One Turner” mindset for enterprise scalability and reuse. • Integrate AI fundamentals into new‑hire onboarding and ongoing learning programs. • Provide targeted training and capability‑building sessions across Business Centers. • Facilitate idea‑generation sessions to identify high‑value use cases and quick wins. • Build repeatable AI solutions including automations, prompt systems, and micro‑apps. • Monitor emerging AI tools and trends to recommend enhancements for finance operations. • Participate in company‑wide Finance Transformation initiatives and cascade them. • Define, track, and report KPIs on AI adoption, impact, time savings, and quality improvements.

What You Bring

The role is based in New York, NY and is classified as a regular, experienced finance position within Turner’s Headquarters. It is a salaried exempt role that reports to the Finance division and aligns with the company’s finance job family. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least six years of experience in project or construction finance supporting field operations. Required knowledge includes GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA, IRS, and strategic financial planning; proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems; and a curiosity for AI tools. Strong analytical, continuous‑improvement, and executive‑level communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet short‑cycle deadlines, and travel as needed. The position requires frequent sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and use of hands for handling objects and tools. Employees must regularly view a computer monitor, use a keyboard, and possess close, peripheral, and depth vision. Physical tasks include lifting up to 10 pounds routinely and up to 25 pounds occasionally, as well as regular mobility and travel. Work is performed primarily in an office or remote setting with a quiet to moderate noise level.
