About the Role
Exhibit a strong adherence to quality by continually seeking methods of improvement for all functions of the position. Perform quality checks as instructed. Receive and process material kitting orders promptly to execute production schedules. Complete inventory transactions and ensure accuracy. Comply with all safety and industrial hygiene requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment. Receive and process incoming raw materials and ensure the inventory process is followed correctly. Prepare finished products for final shipment including packaging, documentation, and loading, and ensure on-time delivery. Timely delivery supports customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (stand‑up and sit‑down), order pickers, automatic pallet wrappers and pallet jack. Proper operation ensures safety and productivity. Perform Lean Initiatives by recommending suggestions for improvement related to quality, work processes, and environmental safety and health. These suggestions aim to reduce waste and enhance workplace safety. • Conduct quality checks and continuously seek process improvements. • Process material kitting orders and manage inventory transactions accurately. • Comply with safety and industrial hygiene standards, using PPE and proper equipment. • Receive and process incoming raw materials following inventory procedures. • Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, documentation, and loading. • Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, order pickers, pallet wrappers, pallet jack). • Recommend Lean improvements for quality, work processes, and safety.

What You Bring
Minimum of one year of forklift operation experience (sit‑down/stand‑up). No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered; Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Two or more years of warehouse experience in an industrial environment. Two years or more of forklift operation experience (sit‑down/stand‑up). Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive, and analytical problem‑solving skills are required. The role demands effective collaboration within a team environment. Candidates must be computer literate and familiar with AS400, VISTA, and MAPICS systems. Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous process improvement is essential. The position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lb, squat, reach overhead, and operate a forklift, with reasonable accommodations as needed. • Minimum 1 year forklift operation experience (sit‑down/stand‑up); 2+ years warehouse experience required. • Candidates must reside within 50 mi of El Paso, TX (military exempt); no relocation assistance. • Strong verbal/written communication, persuasive and analytical problem‑solving skills. • Computer literate with knowledge of AS400, VISTA, and MAPICS systems. • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lb, squat, reach overhead, and operate a forklift with or without reasonable accommodation.
