About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Infrastructure Inspector specializing in Dry Utilities to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance of dry utility projects across the emirate. You will work on electricity, telecommunications and gas infrastructure, reporting findings and supporting project delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections of dry utility systems, evaluating the condition of existing and new installations, and preparing detailed inspection reports. You will ensure compliance with local and international standards, collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve issues, and use specialized equipment and data‑collection tools. Interpreting technical drawings, participating in planning meetings and staying updated on industry best practices are also essential. • Inspect dry utility systems (electricity, telecom, gas) for quality and safety. • Evaluate condition of existing and new infrastructure and document findings. • Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting issues and compliance gaps. • Ensure adherence to UAE construction regulations and international standards. • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues. • Use specialized inspection equipment and data collection tools for analysis. • Verify installations against technical drawings and blueprints. • Provide expert input during project planning and coordination meetings. • Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline and has three to five years of experience inspecting dry utilities. In‑depth knowledge of electricity, telecommunications and gas systems, proficiency with inspection techniques and strong safety protocol understanding are required. Excellent technical writing, the ability to read complex drawings, and experience with data analysis and project coordination are also expected. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • 3–5 years of infrastructure inspection experience, focusing on dry utilities. • In‑depth knowledge of electricity, telecommunications, and gas utility systems. • Proficiency with inspection techniques, equipment, and data analysis tools. • Strong safety protocol knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., NACE, API). • Excellent technical writing and ability to produce comprehensive reports. • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints. • Effective communication and problem‑solving skills; willingness to travel in the emirate.
