About the Role

The Sales Executive role in Cleveland will represent LoopNet’s sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive online strategies. Success depends on building long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships, advising clients on product reach, frequency, brand efficacy, and ROI using proprietary analytics. New hires receive extensive classroom and field training, along with mentorship from internal industry experts, product marketing, and product management specialists. The position is on‑site at CoStar’s Cleveland office and includes regular travel for client meetings. • Build and maintain client relationships using consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue. • Prospect new clients by leveraging CoStar’s property data and close new business opportunities. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve sales targets. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends within assigned territory. • Provide exceptional customer support through regular communication, market insights, and solution‑based recommendations. • Conduct in‑person meetings and travel as needed to nurture client relationships.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. • 4+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales and account management experience in CRE, digital advertising, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, or related fields. • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering a strong customer experience. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Experience engaging senior or C‑suite executives and building long‑term partnerships. • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market performance. • Reliable personal vehicle for travel. • Adaptable, self‑starting attitude in a high‑growth environment. • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
