About the Role
In this senior specialist role you will guide business goals, programs and processes for a defined segment, using your experience to solve problems and set objectives for yourself and others. The position emphasizes building strong customer relationships and delivering seamless service across multiple disciplines. • Serve as primary contact for external customers, building relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. • Collaborate with customers, engineering, and management to align site operations and maintenance with technical requirements. • Sell products, services, parts, solutions, or projects to assigned clients. • Identify new sales opportunities through new customers or product lines. • Provide quotes and bid responses based on customer needs and tender requirements. • Work within predefined contract pricing frameworks, contribute to pricing and conditions, and forecast future revenue.

What You Bring
