About the Role

You will define and drive the AI solution roadmap, translate business requirements into structured programs, backlogs and delivery milestones, and prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility and scalability. Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, product teams and AI engineers, you will ensure AI solutions enhance energy efficiency, operational performance and predictive analytics while staying aligned with EcoStruxure Foresight, Building and Power platforms. You will provide technical direction, oversee architecture, and enforce best practices for robust, explainable, maintainable models that can be deployed at edge, cloud or hybrid environments. In addition to technical leadership, you will lead, coach and grow a team of AI engineers, defining roles, skill paths and knowledge‑sharing practices, while supporting recruitment and onboarding of talent. You will engage internal stakeholders and customers to shape AI‑enabled value propositions, contribute to proposals and solution designs, and ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity and ethical AI standards. Promoting responsible AI governance and risk management will be a core part of the role. • Define and lead the AI solution development roadmap aligned with Digital Energy priorities and EcoStruxure Foresight evolution. • Translate business requirements and customer use cases into structured AI programs, backlogs, and delivery milestones. • Prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and scalability. • Serve as the primary interface among business stakeholders, product teams, and AI engineering teams. • Ensure AI solutions support energy efficiency optimization, operational performance enhancement, and predictive analytics. • Align AI developments with EcoStruxure Foresight, Building, and Power platforms. • Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for AI/ML solutions. • Guarantee AI models are robust, explainable, maintainable, and deployable on edge, cloud, or hybrid architectures. • Establish best practices for model lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI engineers, defining roles and skill development paths. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability building for AI talent. • Engage internal stakeholders to shape AI‑enabled value propositions and support sales pursuits. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical AI standards. • Promote responsible AI governance and risk management across solution development.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or a related field and has 5–7+ years of experience in AI/ML, advanced analytics or digital solution development, including proven leadership of AI programs or portfolios. Experience in energy systems, building automation or smart infrastructure and familiarity with cloud, edge computing, containerization and MLOps are strongly preferred. Strong stakeholder management, communication skills and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude are essential.
