About the Role
Within HDR's Transportation Business Group, multidisciplinary teams design resilient highways, iconic bridges, transit, rail, aviation, ports, and marine infrastructure, driving economic vitality, public safety, sustainability, and improved quality of life for connected communities. The Marketing Coordinator supports business development and brand initiatives by collaborating with pursuit teams, managing proposal and interview materials, monitoring solicitation status, filing deliverables, and maintaining accurate project and resume data in business development systems. In addition, the role contributes to strategic planning, client‑focused market‑share strategies, content marketing, social media, internal communications, and the coordination of large internal meetings and events, ensuring HDR’s brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. • Develop persuasive proposals and interview materials for pursuit teams • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status • File proposal and presentation materials after submission • Manage client relationship and financial systems for reporting dashboards • Keep project and resume data accurate in business development systems • Arrange professional photography for projects • Contribute to annual and long‑term strategic plans, creating growth initiatives and prioritizing investments • Implement key growth initiatives and investments per strategic plans • Develop client plans and long‑term market‑share strategies • Gather formal client feedback • Administer go/no‑go decision process per HDR’s Matrix of Authority • Execute content marketing campaigns to strengthen brand and showcase thought leadership • Produce and publish engaging digital content aligned with HDR’s brand • Run social media campaigns • Implement strategies to elevate HDR’s brand and technical talent with industry associations • Create marketing collateral supporting business development • Develop internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars) • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings (in‑person or virtual) • Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits, conferences, and recruiting

What You Bring
