About the Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will support quantity and cost estimation, project financial control, and contract administration across large‑scale developments, often in challenging environments. Your core duties include preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, while ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices. You will also maintain strict contractual and commercial oversight, manage risks, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Beyond technical tasks, you will foster effective interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration and drive continuous improvement in general practices, contributing to the success of projects and the broader business. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Ensure all estimates align with international standards and best practices. • Maintain contractual and commercial oversight throughout project phases. • Identify and manage project risks and negotiate with stakeholders. • Guarantee compliance with local and international regulations. • Promote interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration. • Drive continuous improvement of quantity surveying practices.
