About the Role
Key responsibilities include handling all customer sales enquiries received by telephone and email, and processing sales orders submitted via email. The role also involves raising purchase orders for non‑stocked or made‑to‑order products and coordinating with the Sales Office Manager and suppliers to create component purchase orders. Additional duties include raising return requests and collections, booking receipt of incoming goods from head office and local suppliers, and sending delivery notes and upcoming delivery details to key accounts. What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales administration or office‑based customer service role. Strong communication skills for both external and internal customers, excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail are essential.
