About the Role
Partner with our highly skilled and talented engineers by supporting their day-to-day business needs on projects across global markets. Syska Hennessy Group delivers specialized consulting, engineering, and commissioning services, guiding clients through every phase of the project lifecycle—from planning and design to construction and operation of technically superior facilities. We are seeking a self-motivated Project Coordinator for our Boston office to join the project team delivering engineering design services for building construction projects of varying size and complexity. The role involves organizing and controlling project activities, supporting the team with administrative tasks, and ensuring high-quality work, proactive customer focus, and timely delivery of project milestones. • Collaborate with PM in drafting and issuing project proposals, RFPs, budgets, cash flows, and preliminary schedules • Act as a liaison at a higher level on projects • Track and monitor project budget under direct supervision of the PM • Oversee project organization and communication charts • Manage progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines/trades • Oversee contract execution tracking logs • Review sub-contractor quotations with PM to ensure fair and reasonable pricing • Manage change notices, change orders, and assist with collections through proactive client follow‑up • Handle all required project close‑out documents and obtain sub-contractor documentation • Enter and update client proposals in Salesforce database • Coordinate appointment calendars, travel arrangements, and review timesheets • Perform data entry and assist with formatting and editing project specifications • Assist HR by coordinating candidate interviews and performing I‑9 verification for new hires • Archive and purge company documentation per the record retention schedule • Coordinate site‑specific in‑house and client events • Ensure office facilities are well maintained, operating properly, and supplied

What You Bring
• Own onboarding of new hires by training on relevant systems and processes • Associate degree in Architectural, Engineering, or Project Construction Management and/or experience supporting Project Managers • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience as a project administrator, coordinator, or similar role • Understanding of architectural engineering and construction industry is required • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Acrobat • Knowledge of FinancialForce and Salesforce is highly preferred • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in teams
