About the Role
The System Administrator (MDM, Google Workspace & Azure focus) reports to the IT Manager and is responsible for managing the company’s endpoint, cloud, and collaboration infrastructure. This role emphasizes mobile device management, Google Workspace administration, and Microsoft Azure/Entra ID services. The incumbent provides Tier 2/3 technical support, administers MDM platforms to enforce compliance and security policies, and manages Google Workspace user provisioning and data governance. They also configure and secure both cloud and on-premises servers, networks, and security platforms, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement infrastructure improvements. Additional duties include Windows Server and endpoint management, backup and disaster-recovery operations, imaging deployments, documentation maintenance, cybersecurity initiatives, and support for VoIP and unified communications tools. • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and escalation assistance for end users and IT support staff • Administer and manage endpoint devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms including device compliance, security policies, application deployment, and conditional access • Manage and support Google Workspace environment including user provisioning, security policies, email administration, shared drives, and data governance • Administer Microsoft Azure and Entra ID including identity management, group policies, role-based access control (RBAC), conditional access policies, and device enrollment • Configure, maintain, and secure cloud and on-prem infrastructure including servers, applications, networking, and security platforms • Troubleshoot system and network performance issues and recommend infrastructure improvements • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments and Windows endpoints • Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and data integrity monitoring • Deploy operating system images and applications using imaging and deployment tools • Maintain documentation for IT procedures, security standards, and technical configurations • Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection, patch management, and vulnerability remediation • Support VoIP and unified communications platforms including email, collaboration tools, and IP telephony systems • Network infrastructure management including switches, routers, and SD-WAN • Fortigate Firewalls and SD-Wan

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience. Required expertise includes MDM administration, Google Workspace, Azure/Entra ID, VMware vSphere, Active Directory, Windows Server, cloud file sharing, endpoint security, imaging tools, network infrastructure, help-desk platforms, backup solutions, and IP telephony systems. Desired additional experience covers Azure VM and networking, Zero Trust models, Zerto replication, Fortigate firewalls, Salesforce, and Microsoft D365. Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, project management, continuous learning, and collaborative customer service skills are also essential. • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration (Intune, MaaS360, or similar) • Microsoft Azure / Entra ID Administration • VMware vSphere management • Windows Server and Windows endpoint system administration • Cloud file sharing platforms (Google Shared Drives, Egnyte, or equivalent) • Endpoint security platforms (EDR/Next-Gen AV, SentinelOne, Crowdstrike) • Desktop imaging and deployment tools (SmartDeploy, Intune Autopilot) • Backup and disaster recovery solutions (Cloud based, Druva, Veeam) • IP telephony systems (Zoom, RingCentral) • Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, and Networking • Zerto replication • Microsoft D365 • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • High attention to detail and documentation standards • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset • Strong collaboration and customer service orientation
